Procedure for enrolment

Students should enrol on courses in advance either via the internet, available at all times, (see home page) or by telephoning 09-622-9580 during office opening hours. We cannot accept enrolments by email or fax.

Terms of Cancellation

Enrolment is always binding. Students may cancel their enrolment within certain time limits. Notice of cancellation should be given by telephone (during office opening hours) or by email to toimela[at]toimela.fi. If notice of cancellation is not given within the time limit, the student is liable for payment of the course fee. Students may cancel their enrolment at any time up to 10 days before the start of the course at the latest, when the fee will be returned to the student’s nominated bank account. If the course is cancelled or the times of the course are changed in such a way that the student can no longer attend, the fee will be returned in full to the student’s bank account. Decisions as to whether courses will take place are taken a week before the course is due to start. Waiting List Students are accepted onto courses in order of enrolment. If a course is full, it is possible to request a place on the waiting list. Students on the waiting list will be contacted individually if a place on the course becomes free.
